How long have you been in business?
20+ years, Started at whirlpool corp. worked up to start training techs at whirlpool. Then went to Viking to train their technicians. After that moved to bosch/thermador and trained techs for them. Now i am running a company of my own and trying to build something great!

Family was in the appliance business multiple generations back.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Ive seen the ways appliance companys shouldnt be ran, and ways that run well, so i am putting all my knowlage together and designing a way to run an appliance repair business that will hopefully far surpass the old ways.

2 and definitely planing on more locations.
